Freedom Space StationFreedom was going to be a space station using long beams and modules to support astronauts permentaly in space, switching out a couple of times a year. In the early 1990's with the fall of the Soviet Union, the US, 13 countries in Europe, Japan, and Russia signed an agreement to build the International Space Station.
